Summerstage

Summerstage brings diverse, exciting music to Central Park. It's the largest free performing arts festival in the city. Though summer's ending, the concerts keep throughout September and October. The Beach Boys play the evening of September 14th, Band of Horses and White Denim play on September 22nd, and Janelle Monae wraps up the series on September 29th.

Global Citizen Festival combines music's largest acts with global activism. The Nutcracker

An annual tradition, The New York City Ballet's production of George Balanchine’sThe Nutcracker is a must-see in the NYC arts scene. Hockey and Football Season

September 2016 to April 2017

With two professional hockey and football teams, along with streets and avenues of sports bars, New York is one of the best sports cities in the country.
