Was a good hotel! ...

Was a good hotel! Location is PERFECT! Right in the middle of NYC! You're almost sleeping on the crossroads of the world, Times Square! Some things need renovation, but they're working on it for what I understood! Oh, and wifi was not included, and was quite expensive! (Across the street is Starbucks with free wifi and a awesome view on Times Square)That's why I give 4 stars, for location absolutely 5 stars

I only had lunch ...

I only had lunch in the restaurant whill waiting to see Densel Washington in Raisin in the Sun at the Ethel Barrymore Theater across the street. The hotel lobby is magnificent with it's Technicolor murals of New York A block from the Times Square you want see including TKS Booth

Stayed here a few ...

Stayed here a few years ago, found the location to be ideal for our first visit and had no complaints about staff or the hotel
