Wicked is a Broadway musical staged at the Gershwin Theatre in Midtown Manhattan, New York. It reimagines the Wizard of Oz story from the perspective of the witches, supported by a sweeping score and lavish production design. The Gershwin Theatre is one of Broadway's largest houses, seating about 1,933, making Wicked a flagship production in the West 51st Street theatre district.
