Hotel staff are very friendly and good service

Was nice. We had a family of four and only got two breakfast vouchers per day. I feel like we should have gotten a voucher for every person in our room. We had the family retreat package and I had to go down and ask for the bear, chocolate and water we were suppose to get. We never got the robes. I also had to go to the desk at breakfast to get our vouchers. I was hoping this would have all been in the room waiting for us. We were in a room across from the elevator and it was extremely loud. 2:30 in the morning a group of young adults were swearing and hitting the elevator buttons. We valeted our car and when it was time to leave we felt rushed to load it and leave so we didn’t think to look it over. Both the back rims are severely scratched, the tires were scuffed. I’m guessing they used some sort of lift at the parking garage with clamps? We did enjoy the food at Friedman’s, our daughter has celiac and it was safe for her to dine here. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I haven’t bothered to call about the damage to the car because I’m sure they won’t do anything. It cost $150 to valet it so I’m a bit upset it was damaged being it’s a 2023 model 😔
