Visited friends two years in a row for theater shows. Clean, we observe lobby was but quite jam at check in 😶

Great location for time ...

Great location for time square, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, some of the staff were rude, and there was lots of hidden extras that needed to be paid on arrival
