The service here is great and the rooms are tidy, if a bit small. Being this close to Time Square this is a worthy trade-off. All the staff were friendly and kind. The grab-and-go breakfast was not the greatest, but it was better than no food at all!

The staff and management are stellar. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. The two on site restaurants offered a ton of delicious food and we never had to wait to be seated. We throughly enjoyed our time here and we'llbe back next time we're in NYC . I highly recommend the Edison for business or vacation!

Hotel Edison is the best hotel in Time Square. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and first time in NYC, this hotel is central to all of the most iconic tourist attractions. The service was outstanding, Marcos from the Front Desk and Kezia the Guest Relations Ambassador made our stay a memorable one. The room service staff were so friendly and the room was so clean and in amazing condition. If you arrive before check in time the hotel will store your luggage for $1 per bag so you can go out and start to enjoy the city. When we return to NY, we will definitely be choosing Hotel Edison once again to stay, and I recommend it to first time visitors and returning tourist.
