Hotel is cute and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately we used their self check in kiosks and ran into an issue where we charged twice up front. Because it was a holiday weekend I had two $1000+ holds on my account which was a bit of a bummer. While they did release one of those, I was annoyed it happened at all. While comfortably appointed, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. Also, the grab and go breakfast is very very bad. The coffee tastes burnt but also watery at the same time and the lil sandwiches are pretty flavorless.

Good room, excellent ubication, good bed. But is very sad that the included breakfast the quality is low and the treatment of the staff in the restaurant. I am lactose intolerant and they had no other option. You already pay for the room and you feel like you are pleading that breakfast.

Très bon hôtel ! Lit confortable, personnel à l’écoute, ménage fait tous les jours (le matin), très propre, 2 bouteilles d’eau par jours sont mises pendant le nettoyage de la chambre. Seul problème je suis français et je pense qu’aux USA ils ne doivent pas connaître le double et le triple vitrage, chambres sur la ville donc très bruyant les climatisations sont très bruyantes également. Je recommande l’hôtel si pas trop de difficulté à dormir face au bruit.
