Great location and I like a hotel with some history. The included grab and go breakfast saved us a lot of money and time, you can get a pastry, yogurt and tea each morning before heading out. The location is right off Times Square so ideal to get around and do the normal tourist spots. Staff were very nice and price I thought was reasonable for the location. I generally found the place clean but on my last night I saw a massive cockroach in our bathroom, I chased it out and it ran out under the door into the hallway. Not sure if this is just a normal problem in NY with hotels or indicative of neglect.

Nice hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Location was excellent, easy access to food and a few steps away from Time Squate. My aircon wasn't working. Kudos to the maintenance crew, who swiftly and efficiently came, and changed my aircon, at the same time was super friendly and apologetic, eventhough it was not their fault. Looking fwd to my next visit.

The hotel is clean, and well refurbished. Although my first room didn't have hot water or a proper AC, but the second one was excellent. My comments are that some of the staff at the front desk need to be more friendly with the guests, you won't get a view because of the hotel's location and one switch turns on all the lights at the room.
