This is one of the best places to stay if you want to experience New York and Times Square. Hotel Edison close to everything. The staff is very helpful. Specially Rommel Gopez is just amazing always there to assist in any way possible, 5 stars for him. When ever I plan my stay in New York this is my go to Hotel of choice. See you guys in February 2024

Honestly… It was fine. Price is reasonable for the location and it has everything you need. Didn’t really have any interactions with front of house staff but security, door staff and housekeepers were all lovely. The location is incredible and that’s what you pay for. AC is crazy loud however it helped drown out the extremely loud NYC noise. Club downstairs plays music until 4am on top of NYC traffic noise and lots of construction noise during the night. We all used noise cancelling headphones to sleep. Had to flush the toilet at least 5 times each use even if just toilet paper. We were 3 adults in one double queen room and we manage fine. All in all I would recommend for the location but don’t set your expectations high.
