Rooms were very nice but the toilet is very low. Like doing deep knee bends. Great maid service. Grab and go breakfast is okay if you’re in a hurry but it’s better if you pay the extra $6.50 and eat in the dining room.

The hotel was an ...

The hotel was an okay price, considering its location. However, the rooms are best described as Spartanly decored. Not shabby, just bare and a little sad. There was very little surface space to put anything down. The bathroom had no counter, so you're balancing your items on any tiny corner you can find. You do get little bathroom bottles, which was excellent. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The lobby is a bit loud if the two live singing locations are both hosting singers at the same time. The included breakfast is a voucher for one of two places. Skip Bond, the portions are small and the staff rude. The Carve option was much better. We were only given one breakfast voucher for two people, so we had to split a small breakfast. We had to buy more every morning. We were not allowed to have an extra voucher, even though we had two kids with us. The rooms were clean. The beds big and comfortable. The house cleaning staff was amazing. The rooms were not kid friendly. There were wires hanging everywhere and the blinds had low hanging pull systems that both kids could get caught on.

Près de Times Square. Dommage pour l’absence de frigo et cafetière dans la chambre. Très bonne literie. Propreté irréprochable.
