Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung hier in New York. Als positiv zu erwähnen ist die Lage und das Sicherheitsgefühl im Hotels. Neben der Lage direkt am Times Square steht zusätzlich rund um die Uhr ein Wachpersonal bereit, welches kontrolliert, wer das Hotel betritt. Das enthaltene Frühstück ist nicht wirklich vielfältig und kann nur gegen eine Gebühr im Hotelrestaurant verzerrt werden. Ansonsten handelt es sich um Grab&Go-Breakfast, welches im Preis enthalten ist. An diese Stelle ist der Frühstücksanbieter „Carve“ des Hotels zu empfehlen. Dort ist die Auswahl deutlich besser, als im hoteleigenen Lokal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und typisch amerikanisch eingerichtet. Das gebuchte Queensize Bett war in Ordnung. Ein großer Kritikpunkt sind unvorhergesehene Gebühren („Facility Fees“), die bei jedem Gast beim Check-In anfallen. Bei uns, 2 Personen, betrugen diese für 6 Übernachtungen circa $300.

If you want to be near Times Square this location is 10/10, everything you want is within 5-10 minute walk. Subway is a 1 minute walk away. Friendly staff and I liked the automated check-in and check-out. Facility is a little dated but it adds to the charm a little bit. Rooms were satisfactory but not great, bathrooms are tiny but that's what you get in old buildings in the city. Would stay there again.

Great location just off time square, not as busy in our street. Great service, housekeeping everyday, fast elevators (6 elevators) didn’t wait longer than 1 min. Security, show room key to access elevator area. Shout out to Laura who met you with a smile on your return to hotel. Rooms had great AC, white noise, comfortable sleep. Average size for NY hotels. Room was fine. Ate breakfast at Friedmans, great food.
