Upon our initial arrival ...

Upon our initial arrival & check-in, we asked to change our hotel room as it was too cramped and not what we were paying for (especially as this was a very special trip for my boyfriend & I celebrating my 30th birthday). The manager at the desk was very apologetic & dealt with our complaint graciously and efficiently, before upgrading us to a signature queen room. To then come back from a walk in Times Square to find a gift bag containing a teddy, sweets, a chocolate brownie from a local bakery and a card saying “Happy Birthday Victoria!” from the concierge team was so kind!! Overall our stay was fantastic - comfy bed, spacious bathroom, the hotel right on the corner of Times Square was just what we wanted. Thankyou for making our stay so wonderful.

WOW! I never imagined ...

WOW! I never imagined a hotel in the heart of Times Square could be so amazing! Hotel Edison is incredibly classy and historic, yet very accessible and welcoming for families. The staff was everywhere and incredibly helpful. I came for business and loved the intense attention to detail in the art deco decor, the large beautifully designed rooms, the quiet (no NYC city noise), the high quality linens, towels and toiletries and the views. I rarely enjoy a hotel’s bars and restaurant but Hotel Edison has THREE - all incredible design, food/drinks and most importantly entertainment. I’m a jazz snob and was stunned at the quality of the live jazz in the Rum House, the fun singing waitresses at Friedman’s, and standup comedy at Bond45. Plus the huge historic lobby has wine tastings multiple times a week. They even have grab and go breakfasts in the morning. I could go on and on, but rarely I love a NYC hotel and I love Hotel Edison!
