Rooms are comfortable. The king suite was amazing for our family of four. Hotel felt very safe always doormen watching who comes in and out. Your only half a block from times square we could see it from our hotel window! What a view we had! So safe at 1am i could go walk and get a hotdog from a cart in the square. All the people who worked their were so nice especially bellhoppers and valet service! The manager was amazing I loved her so much she was so understanding and helpful with everything. Only thing I would say is bring a fan/sound machine right in times square it can get alittle noisy if your a light sleeper and have little ones that will wake easy there is construction going on past 7am. Other then that I loved this place! Bathrooms were very clean too.

We have just come home from a fantastic trip to NYC. We stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Tommy for answering all our questions). Our room was on the 14th floor, wasn’t refurbished but was clean, tidy and spacious with comfortable beds. Location is ideal to explore NYC just steps from Times Square. Were sad to leave and will definitely stay here again.

Great location good price updated room was fine bad shower though. Nice doorman spotted sons phone left in taxi and told us thank you. Nice reception. Buffet breakfast in bond 45 nice but expensive. Double charged us resort fee on leaving but quickly changed this for us. Would stay again
