Hanniel was at the reception when we checked in, and she was absolutely amazing! He was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. 😊 His warm and helpful attitude made our check-in experience even better. Big thumbs up for Hanniel! 👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommended! ❤️

My two teenage kids and I visited the hotel on July 23rd-24th and were weary from a loooong flight and it was late at night. The phones were ringing and the desk was swarmed with people trying to get checked in and just waiting in line. I saw Latoya taking on multiple task and assisting in every way possible while being such a sweet heart. It was my turn to get assisted and my reservation was not coming up but she managed to find it and I asked if an upgrade was available and she explained to me everything sooo well, being that I was confused since I wasn't from around there. She was so sweet and I highly recommend if you stop by to tell her hi so you can see what i mean. She is the main reason i will most likely go back.

Eu e meu esposo passamos o Natal no Hotel Edison, extremamente Bem localizado. Nosso quarto estava Limpo e confortável, tolhas macias, agua no corredor para enchermos nossa garrafa e também haviam garrafas de agua no quarto. O Café da manhã pegávamos no que fica na esquina, esqueci o nome, o atendente ELIAS foi sempre muito gentil comigo. Único ponto que preciso entender é a taxa de resort, eu entendi que devolveriam uma parte mas até agora não houve estorno, porem isso não tira a magia de ter passado o Natal nesse lugar maravilhoso e nesse hotel ótimo!!! Quero repetir a estadia :)
