Rooms were nice but ...

Rooms were nice but the guest services were excellent. Great Rum bar in the lobby and places to eat without leaving the hotel. Mere steps from the center of Times Square.

My mother, sister and ...

My mother, sister and I️ went up for a girls week and had a wonderful time. Hotel Edison’s location is perfect. The staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and there is lots to do just within the hotel. The Rum Room (hotel bar) is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Amazing hotel, flawless service. ...

Amazing hotel, flawless service. Very pleasing to the eyes, especially the lobby, which is also nice to hang around in with some quality background swing music. Very fairly priced too but it's so good and fancy you'll feel like you've spent much more (in a good way!). Very polite and helpful staff who will treat you amazingly, speedily and efficiently and always with a smile. Can't say a single bad thing about any of them. Even the doormen were quality. The room was brilliant. It was small and my view wasn't that great, but oh well I was only one person and I didn't spend that much time in there anyway. If you're in NY, let's be honest, you're not gonna spend that much time in your room. You're also on Times Square, which speaks for itself. By on the Square I literally mean it was about 10 steps away. The atmosphere was buzzing, if you're into that like I am. Definitely ask the staff if there's "anything going on" in the evenings as I found myself attending free "happy hour's" with bottomless wine on a couple of occasions, which was great! I'd also highly recommend the conjoined bars/ restaurants- Bond 45 was incredible and The Rum House was also a great place to go for a few drinks until late. I met amazing new people at both (American's are too lovely for their own good). This place made my holiday and I'm so happy I picked it.
