Always a great experience when staying at the EDISON! The staff is so welcoming from the minute you walk into the lobby! Even the elevator music is great! The rooms are very quiet, so you have a great night sleep. The bed is very comfortable, and love the personalized note they leave you along with some snacks. Nice touch! It's the little things that show they care! The location is great, and love the convenience of having Starbucks down the block as well as a great pizza place. There's Friedmans deli in the lobby along with a great happening piano bar the Rum House! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to NY!

Perfect location in times square, staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 seconds away from the heart of times square! The room was a little on the small side but however this didn't bother us as we were only there to sleep. My main priority in a hotel is the comfort of the beds especially during this trip as there is a lot of walking so a good night's sleep is essential. The beds did not disappoint they were very comfy and the pillows were amazing. We felt very refreshed and energized ready for the day ahead each morning. Bathroom was very clean with full use of amenities such as shampoo conditioner, multiple towels and a hairdryer. Although our room was a little dated with a few minors - 1) majority of the plug sockets were hanging off the wall and one night all the electrics in our room went off - which I must say was sorted immediately by the hotel manager! Great service was given. 2) the heater in the room gets very warm and when you switch it off at the wall control it still keeps coming on on its own. This was very noisy of a night. However despite these minors we could see that the hotel is undergoing modernizing and redecorating within rooms so these issues will be sorted for future guests as the majority of the hotel was already done we were just in a part that hadn't yet been done. Breakfast vouchers at the hotel give you multiple options for breakfast however we preferred the carve grab and go as there was more options available to suit everyone in the group. They also have a luggage hold which worked perfect for us on arrival and check out. This is $1 per bag. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip.
