Rommel and team were ...

Rommel and team were amazing. Fantastic service all around; even to the point of coordinating elevators during busy times. Rooms are smaller but it’s NY so I expected that. They were clean and functional and the beds are comfy. Only suggestion would be a mini fridge in the room. We will definitely book again.
