First time staying in the States, what a perfect hotel to stay in! Absolutely fantastic location for all the attractions, the staff are very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Aminata) who really helped us with our booking issue and had good patience, room cleanliness was excellent and breakfast was amazing. Cannot fault this place at all, thank you for my stay

With the recent renovations, the rooms have been refreshed and modernized. Just make sure to get a Signature room, there are still a few not updated yet. The staff here is great, and location is central to everything, especially for first timers! Right off the high energy of Times Square. Friedman's restaurant is great for all day dining, and has great options for those needing Gluten Free meals. We loved the throwback to the 20's design and murals in the entrance and lobby as well.
