We wanted to be centrally located and this hotel is just that. Right on Times Square and surrounded by Theaters. It is also less than a block from an MTA station. We were greeted when we entered. We arrived early and they did check our bags for a fee until our room was ready. The room was fine for us. I have seen some complaints that they are small but it felt very big city to me. There is security by the elevator that you need to show your key card to access the elevators and your rooms. They always have someone outside the main door greeting and getting taxi's as needed.

I traveled with my family for a birthday trip. There was 6 of us in 1 room (I believe family signature room) and it was perfect for our needs. Check in was great and overall had a great experience with everyone there. They cleaned the rooms and restocked towels everyday and location was perfect! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Sinceramente?! Vejo comentários ruins aqui e fico espantada! Minha experiência foi incrível do início ao fim, todos os funcionários extremamente solícitos, fiquei no penúltimo andar, os quartos são relativamente novos por terem sido reformados, e não senti cheiro de mofo em momento nenhum! O café da manhã disponibilizado atende super bem, comi todos os dias no restaurante da esquina e as opções eram deliciosas, e podem ser utilizados os cards na parte da tarde, neste horário são servidas deliciosas pizzas, único ponto a melhorar é a água dos filtros que ficam nos andares, tem um gosto estranho, de resto, fiquei apaixonada, meu quarto era iluminado pelas luzes da times Square, tudo foi mágico!
