Hector (maintenance) and Melody ...

Hector (maintenance) and Melody (front desk) were fabulous. That we even needed them to fix that we had no heat in our room on the coldest night of 2024 is another thing. The elevator monitors and another front desk person were less helpful.

Great location. Nice clean ...

Great location. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast included rate is a 'grab and go' prepared option. There's not much in the reception area. Overall nice hotel, just be aware everything else but your room is 'extra'
