The hotel was very nice. I loved the location, very easy to get to public transportation. The beds were super comfy, and the room itself was bigger than I expected it to be (most hotel rooms in NYC are crazy small). The shower was a on the small size, my husband had a hard time fitting but he is a big guy. The WiFi was spotty. Made it hard for my son to stream videos, and we had to resort to my cell phone's hotspot for a scheduled Zoom meeting. This could have been because of the floor we were on. But, overall that was the only downside to our trip. The breakfast vouchers were awesome. We used all of them at Carve which was down the street. The waffle or pancake platter was the best deal, but honestly everything we had was a great value and filled us up. Overall, I was super happy with our stay and the hotel in general. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Good size rooms. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and without a doubt, the main highlight was the exceptional service from Jenn at the front desk. She helped us during both check-in and check-out, and in both moments she was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her professional attitude, combined with genuine kindness, made a real difference in our stay in New York. It's rare to come across professionals who truly love what they do and can show it through their service. Jenn is exactly that kind of person — and she left a lasting impression on us. More professionals like her, please! This stay definitely started and ended with a smile, thanks to her.
