Great location. I love the rooms with a balcony. Staff is usually fantastic, friendly and going out of their way. Love the complimentary wine of certain evenings. Discounted or free grab n go breakfast is a plus. Friendmans has the best sour dough bread! I've stayed here multiple times and will return again in August.

Midtown..busy. center of the city..

The hotel was very nice. I loved the location, very easy to get to public transportation. The beds were super comfy, and the room itself was bigger than I expected it to be (most hotel rooms in NYC are crazy small). The shower was a on the small size, my husband had a hard time fitting but he is a big guy. The WiFi was spotty. Made it hard for my son to stream videos, and we had to resort to my cell phone's hotspot for a scheduled Zoom meeting. This could have been because of the floor we were on. But, overall that was the only downside to our trip. The breakfast vouchers were awesome. We used all of them at Carve which was down the street. The waffle or pancake platter was the best deal, but honestly everything we had was a great value and filled us up. Overall, I was super happy with our stay and the hotel in general. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Good size rooms. We'd definitely stay again.
