This is the only place my husband and I stay while in NYC. We have been staying there for over 10 years and have even taken our high school students twice (so far). The staff is amazing. They book us all together on the same floor/wing. Doorman Bobby greets everyone with such positive energy. Danny, Head of Security, goes above and beyond to make sure we are always safe and secure. Travis and Ida work to get us the best rates. The General Manager Scott makes a point to shake our hands before we leave and ensures his staff takes great care of us and they always do!

Wonderful hotel staying until Saturday could not of picked a better place to stay

On our last night of a 4 night stay - first time in US. Fantastic. The room and hotel in general was so comfortable we didn't feel the need to endure the commotion of bustling Times Square on an evening but happily have a drink in the Rum House and go back to our room for a comfortable night ready for a busy day sightseeing the following morning. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back.
