From the moment we stepped inside and met Charlie to help us with bags and check-in and a short history lesson, to when Keith helped us locate some lost property, as well as the rest of the staff, we felt at home at The Edison. So much more than a hotel. Terrific in-house hospitality partners, from live jazz in the Rum Room (great service, drinks, and prices), to Bond 45 for dinner and French 75s and the amazing Vince Giordano and his Night Hawks weekly stand downstairs, even a respectable diner and wonderful sandwich and pizza shop on the block - it all far exceeded our expectations and look forward to many years of return visits. Thank YOU Edison Hotel!!! A wonderful storied piece of New York history with style and edge and perfect service!

I stayed here Nov 30 - Dec 2, 2021. The treatment was first class! I checked in early, room was spotless. Cleaning staff was super friendly and so was the front desk. I loved the grab and go breakfast vouchers. Best of all the location of the hotel. The cherry on top was the shuttle service provider Bill. He was the most warm and knowledgeable sweetheart one could ask for! Thanks for a great stay Hotel Edison.

Stayed in September for 3 nights. Lovely friendly welcome and we were happy that we were able to check in a little early. Signature room had super comfy beds & clean modern bathroom with good quality soaps/shower gels etc and we felt it was worth paying the extra for this room. WiFi was good. We enjoyed drinks in the Rum House with the cocktails being particularly good. Location is second to none - just a few steps from Times Square. We hope to return to nyc in 2018 and would be happy to stay at the Edison again.
