Excelente.

We wanted to be centrally located and this hotel is just that. Right on Times Square and surrounded by Theaters. It is also less than a block from an MTA station. We were greeted when we entered. We arrived early and they did check our bags for a fee until our room was ready. The room was fine for us. I have seen some complaints that they are small but it felt very big city to me. There is security by the elevator that you need to show your key card to access the elevators and your rooms. They always have someone outside the main door greeting and getting taxi's as needed.

This stay at the Hotel Edison was fabulous. Everyone that we came into contact with treated us respect, kindness, professionalism is top-notch, and each staff member has a great willingness to help. Easy check-in and checkout. The room was exactly as described. Very clean and perfect. Special thank you to the doorman Gio. He went above and beyond in helping us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Best New York City stay I’ve ever had. I would recommend it to everyone.
