I have nothing but great things to say about the Edison Hotel. These are some of the most reasonable room rates in the city and you get a load of free and fun paerks to go with the room. FREE grab and go breakfast, FREE weekly wine night, and FREE walking tours from each of the NYC TRIUMPH Hotel properties each day. You could spend a couple hours just taking in the old and new artwork in the lobby. I was glad the tour guide gave some addition history of the hotel and of the amazing artwork. Small clean rooms with lots of light is how I would describe the rooms. The air conditioning worked well, I had plenty of hot water, the full size ironing board was a big plus for me along with a room safe. Again, I can't say enough great things about the property and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Time Square/Broadway area. P.S....bonus was a theatre three doors down with tickets still available the first night I was here to see SIX!!!! Winner!!!

This five star hotel service experience was hard to beat ( we only had two more experiences that warranted 5). From the moment I arrived I was treated like a VIP the standard of customer service was exemplary. I wax staying at the Triumph sister hotel The Iroquois 👍and went to the drinks night at The Hotel Edison which was a Friday 12th September I stumbled into a fashion show for guests and friends it really made my night quite emotional happy to see everyone so happy and relaxed there was former Miss New Jersey and others and even a designer who I couldn’t place but have seen in the past like Michael Flatley. I was served by Juan who was brilliant at his work he couldn’t be more assisting to all who met him the whole team deserve credit but Jusn was exemplary with his attitude and general happiness in his work Would definitely return as a guest or for a few drinks and eat 😺👍

Great location and I like a hotel with some history. The included grab and go breakfast saved us a lot of money and time, you can get a pastry, yogurt and tea each morning before heading out. The location is right off Times Square so ideal to get around and do the normal tourist spots. Staff were very nice and price I thought was reasonable for the location. I generally found the place clean but on my last night I saw a massive cockroach in our bathroom, I chased it out and it ran out under the door into the hallway. Not sure if this is just a normal problem in NY with hotels or indicative of neglect.
