Sono partita molto scettica vedendo le ultime recensioni ma mi sono ricreduta. Ho alloggiato in occasione della maratona e ho trovato l hotel comodo in quanto, oltre ad essere in zona super centrale, è vicino a Central Park. La nostra stanza al 17o era molto grande e pulitissima. Con il flusso di gente che c era sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa della pulizia, sicurezza, cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Super promosso grazie!!!

amazing room for an amazing price, meh view and awesome location

The king suite room was very spacious and worked well for our family of four! The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast vouchers were fantastic in a city that is so expensive! The location was excellent but the huge downfall being so close to Times Square is that is it loud during the evening. With two little kids the noise would go on till 1am, often waking everyone. It wasn't by far modern but it does the job really well. Our only issue was that the heating didn't seem to work properly in the seperate rooms but didn't affect us overall. The housekeeping did a good job to tidy our room daily. Overall it was fantastic and would highly recommend the hotel!
