Walking into this hotel is like stepping back in time and i didn't want to leave. Had a quiet room with an amazing view and the location couldn't be better if you like to spend the day exploring. The staff are beautiful, friendly, attentive with great personalities and the breakfast that was included was arguably nicer than some of the restaurants i visited in the city. Looking forward to a return visit in the future thankyou for taking care of us

From the friendly and efficient front desk to the absolute cleanliness of the public spaces, this art deco gem is a charmer and possibly the best value in Times Square/Hell's Kitchen. We had a superior king room which was a corner room. Huge by Manhattan standards although the bathroom was typically Manhattan small. Spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and great views. Please understand how the included breakfast works. You pay a $6.50 plate fee and then you can order from a limited menu, coffee included. It's a good value, if you have ever ordered two eggs, potatoes, toast and coffee in this neighborhood you know how expensive a simple breakfast with coffee can be. As a plus, the time from ordering to being served was the quickest we have ever experienced. On Tuesday and Friday from 5pm to 6pm there is a wine party in the side lobby with live music. The music was outstanding and who doesn't love free Prosecco???? The doormen are great, the street completely safe, the building is a historic piece of art deco and it is perfectly located on 47th Street just 1/2 block west of Times Square.
