Rooms are comfortable. The king suite was amazing for our family of four. Hotel felt very safe always doormen watching who comes in and out. Your only half a block from times square we could see it from our hotel window! What a view we had! So safe at 1am i could go walk and get a hotdog from a cart in the square. All the people who worked their were so nice especially bellhoppers and valet service! The manager was amazing I loved her so much she was so understanding and helpful with everything. Only thing I would say is bring a fan/sound machine right in times square it can get alittle noisy if your a light sleeper and have little ones that will wake easy there is construction going on past 7am. Other then that I loved this place! Bathrooms were very clean too.

Singing was top notch

The staff is the best I have seen in my travels to the City.The Bellman crew is exceptional.The doormen are good at their job. Room's are very clean. The Hotel was very clean.Restaurant recommendationswere very good, Freidmans had singing staff,good times.I will be back.
