Usually stay at another ...

Usually stay at another hotel when in the city. 1st time here. Check in people were so friendly. Luggage storage very convenient. Lobby area very nice while waiting. Beds were so comfortable. Elevators didn’t take very long compared to other hotels. Clean. Big bathroom. Ok view. Quiet on floor. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Cori, the chamber maid, ...

Cori, the chamber maid, was absolutely outstanding. She kept the room spotless and added thoughtful touches that made my stay much more comfortable. Her friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and Cori certainly did. She is a real asset to the team, and I’m very grateful for her excellent service.
