Possui ótimos aposentos, uma estrutura incrível, preço competitivo com a concorrência, uma EXCELENTE localização, um café da manhã dos campeões, mas os seus funcionários são o seu diferencial... Sempre educados e dispostos a nos ajudar independente da área. Seja o sr. Tex ou a Sra Latoya da recepção, o sr. Fehat das malas, o sr. Rommel da área de relações, as camareiras do andar ou o pessoal do café da manhã, todos estarão com um sorriso, máxima atenção aos detalhes e excelência no atendimento... Isso me faz retornar

We booked a room for new year 2024 a year ago , and time come had the best stay at Edison. Staff was accommodating, friendly and just amazing. Thank you Edison for making our New Year celebrations memorable 💖

I had an amazing birthday here as this was my first trip to NYC. Everything was just perfect! The staff was super accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, and we even got a handful of breakfast vouchers! They also brought me a bunch of snacks and a lovely note to wish me a happy birthday. Justina at the front desk helped us get settled in, and my family and I are super grateful for her and every other staff member who made this trip magical. Please come visit Hotel Edison!!!
