We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Edison. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and every interaction with the team was genuinely pleasant. Booked for a company event. Touristy location and very noisy.

I have stayed here off and on for years. One time I stayed a month. I used to love the cafe there. U always saw dancers and musicians from Broadway for lunch or soup. I work for a publishing house and the famous playwright August Wilson lived here. There have been changes but the worst is the little bar and restaurant at the entrance. What a disappointment but the worst thing they had a couple of empty tables but no bar seats. I even said we would be out in 20 minutes 4 drinks three snacks but Noooooooooooooo. I went over to a couple and bought them two drinks and gave them my work text to let me know if the seats get filled. They didn’t. I work for a huge communication company. Just like everything else in NYC. Another one bites the dust.
