Crowded lobby, understaffed @ ...

Crowded lobby, understaffed @ check-in hour, but at least they know enough to offer comfortable lobby seating for a long wait. The rooms are small but decently appointed, beds seem like new; TVs are older, and the bathrooms reveal how old the building actually is, but overall clean & functional...so given such a central location & room rates this is more than fair value ! Tourists could do much worse

This hotel is always ...

This hotel is always great. The staff and service are fantastic and in terms of location it's A+ if you want to be close to Times Square and the Theatre District.
