Rooms are a little old. Gym newly renovated but small. Location awesome. Great service staff.

My 12 year old daughter and I were there for spring break 2026. It was so close to everything! We were mostly there for the Broadway shows, which was a perfect location. The hotel was clean, the staff was so kind, there was security to get up to the rooms so we felt very safe, the 2 restaurants were wonderful. The bathrooms in the bedroom was a bit small, but that wasn't an issue to not make me rave about this place and location!

A great hotel, very close to Times Square and both 49th and 50th street stations. The hotel is clean and offers an old world charm that’s instantly relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Security was spot on. We had the breakfast option. The grab and go option was really good and gave the option of a breakfast within the hotel or Carve diner, a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The options in Carve were much better and gave a better New York experience. Would definately stay here again.
