Chambre assez grande à la différence de la salle de bains. Lits très confortables et ménage fait tous les jours. Emplacement idéal à deux pas de Time square. Point très négatif le bruit. Nous étions au 9eme étage et avions un bruit insupportable de soufflerie extérieure de jour comme de nuit.

This hotel is in a fantastic place for location, the rooms are small but clean and tidy. Big enough for the time you spend in them though The staff are all rude and arrogant My room is above the area for all air con units, constant noise. Seriously this place needs an update and better windows to block the noise

In heart of Time square. Spacious rooms, not so quite though since it’s very close to time square . But it didn’t bother us. However, I feel concierge service should be provided in the booking as it was a “service you can avail” by paying. Also, you have to drag your luggage yourself even though concierge service was there but they didn’t help. Unless you tip them. When you pay hefty amount, you do expect small things into consideration. Apart from that, all good!
