Bathrooms are crazy small, ...

Bathrooms are crazy small, shower small and shower head so high you can barely get wet. Elevator are the worst. Waited 20 minutes then just walked the stairs. The 5.00 breakfast not really worth it. Free grab and go is good. Rooms are clean. Very plain. Coffee pot is old kind, strong coffee, nasty. That bedspread thing on bed is so heavy and no top sheet. Been there 4 times, it's worse since renovation. Location is great in Times Square.

Food was priced crazy, ...

Food was priced crazy, room service was mixed up, room was tiny. But the location was great, the hotel (lobby excluded) was fairly quiet.
