My first experience with this hotel was when I walked into the ladies room downstairs and one of the two stalls was covered in feces. I told someone but they didn’t seem to care. One of the two keys they gave us did not work! They offer what they call breakfast vouchers but the choices offered are just “Meh”. The rooms need refrigerators. We were never able to get through to the front desk with the phone in our room. Every time you turned the lavatory faucet on in the bathroom you would get sprayed! For what we paid for this room I won’t go back and would not recommend to anyone.

We made a mistake in booking and did not arrive until the second day of our reservation. Instead of getting an email or phone call, the reservation disappeared. The front desk person called over a manager who told us there was an issue with our credit card and that the room was cancelled as a result. Because we have been using the same card with no issues we know that was not the problem. After explaining again we were supposed to check in the day before we basically had to beg them to give us a room. The manager seemed very annoyed with us. And he did not ask for a credit card to rebook. Curious since he said it was declined. We were told the room we were given was upgraded but I would hate to see what a standard room looked like. The whole gen Z Only sleep with a duvet cover is not hotel appropriate. So grossed out. At checkout, the reservation has us listed from a different country and I'm confused and concerned after giving them our driver's license from the USA. Did not appreciate being gaslit when we told them we were wrong and asking for help. Would stay anywhere else instead.
