Our room was pretty ...

Our room was pretty old. Corners, etc. Not very clean. Location was amazing. Ate breakfast at Friedman's . Staff seemed more interested in their phones, then the customers. The hotel did seem to be under some construction, so maybe things will improve. Even so, I would give it another try.

Had brunch here, which ...

Had brunch here, which was fantastic! Would not want to stay in the hotel. Right around Time Square; too busy for me. But amazing for walkability.
