Superzentral gelegen! Sehr freundliches Personal und eine schöngestaltete Lobby. Der Checkin war auch unkompliziert und flott.

Upon our initial arrival & check-in, we asked to change our hotel room as it was too cramped and not what we were paying for (especially as this was a very special trip for my boyfriend & I celebrating my 30th birthday). The manager at the desk was very apologetic & dealt with our complaint graciously and efficiently, before upgrading us to a signature queen room. To then come back from a walk in Times Square to find a gift bag containing a teddy, sweets, a chocolate brownie from a local bakery and a card saying “Happy Birthday Victoria!” from the concierge team was so kind!! Overall our stay was fantastic - comfy bed, spacious bathroom, the hotel right on the corner of Times Square was just what we wanted. Thankyou for making our stay so wonderful.

Hotel Edison położony jest idealnie w centrum NYC. Obsługa bardzo miła, warunki doskonale. Szczególne uznanie dla Pani Justyny w recepcji hotelu. Polecam ten hotel!
