Cool place, great location. ...

Cool place, great location. The room was small but expected. The elevator broke with me and my son in it, and we're stuck for 20-30 minutes. Hotel comped us 1 night, which was nice, but I thought they should have done more.

Stayed at H/Edison was ...

Stayed at H/Edison was a little disappointed with the room we had! But we asked the Hotel manager if we could change rooms the manager was courteous and very helpful. The next day we had a much better room The staff are friendly and most helpful. I can fully understand why Hotel Edison is a very popular for guests and tourists given the proximity to NY's Times Square. Thumbs up!!
