Hotel emblemático de New York. La ubicación es sin dudas inmejorable, a la vuelta de Time Square. A la hora de realizar el check in, tuvimos algunos contratiempos, una situación algo incómoda ya que estábamos con nuestra hija de 2 años y el trámite duró unos 40 min. La habitación que contratamos fue muy cómoda, las camas amplias ideales para un buen descanso. Te entregan vouchers para desayunar en Friedman o Bond 45. Si el desayuno lo solicitas y lo retiras es sin cargo, de consumirlo ahí se abona un adicional de 6 dol aproximadamente más la propina. Mejor desayuno a mi parecer fue el de Friedman.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Times Square. The area boasts great cafes and restaurants, making it a great choice for coffee, refreshments, lunch, or dinner. The best part of this hotel is the staff. The rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable. This is one of the best hotels in this part of New York City, but due to its location, entry is subject to security screening. Like many hotels in New York, parking in front of the hotel is prohibited for more than one drop-off, or you will face a traffic violation.

Reception staff could be a little more welcoming, patient & helpful. Rooms are comfortable, although not the biggest. A deeper bath would be appreciated. Very close to Times Square excellent location, 2 entrances, so ensure you know which way you leave. Great discounted breakfast at the onsite cafè.
