Stayed in signature suite ...

Stayed in signature suite which was looking quite tired. Looking at other pictures in reviews there are obviously much nicer rooms available. Room wasn't ready on arrival and staff were a bit short. Not the most welcoming. Breakfast was convenient and surprisingly good. I wouldn't stay in this location again.

The first impression was ...

The first impression was ruined when I tried to check in at2:55pm when check in is at 3pm and that's the time I'm paying from, and I was told I need to wait 30 minutes because my room is not even cleaned .. and there's nothing to do about it (me having my car parked on street and try to get hotel situated quick it's not something you want to hear...) so after that I asked for Menager and receptionist went at the back talked to someone and they gave me another room with attitude after me fighting for it .... After that I went to room with very very dirty night stands and desk (it looked like no one was wiping them last couple stays had white sticky marks all over them .. In short saying : Location great, breakfast not included as it says in add different menu for the ones that book hotel with breakfast you have couple options for $7.50 that's you have to pay per person which is nothing but don't advertise free breakfast, staff not the nicesest unless you give them attitude back
