Nous y avons séjourné du 14 au 20 août 2023. Chambres pour 4 avec 2 grands lits très confortables. Les rangements sont insuffisants pour 4. Petit déjeuner à emporter très bon et personnel agréable. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Très bien situé non loin de Times Square. Accueil et personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Nous reviendrons 😊😊.

A busy and beautiful heritage hotel. Sadly the visage has been blighted by external scaffolding for many years. A big lobby with many reception staff. New York doesn't have an off season but for mid January the welcome wasn't great but... after some charm and pleasentries I added in she brightened up. And we're positively friendly. Make sure you provide a happy face to receive good service. 20th floor room 2019 the room is very good. The biggest bed I've ever seen. You can dive and forward roll across it and still not fly off the other end. And the view is good too for NYC. NYC us noisy and being this close to Times Sq you can expect a constant buzz. The air con is quite loud but was a godsend considering the unusual heat at this time of year. Lovely modern en suite with a good shower. Room service was very friendly and eager to serve. Bell boys were a great help and will look after your luggage on early arrival/departure for $1 per item. The room service is not intuitive and the websites for the three available food options don't have an easy room service option. Call for help.
