Guests come here year after year because of service. It is what you would expect at The Ritz Carlton. Starting from the front door where you are greeted by 1st & 2nd generation doormen who greet you like family! Gio, his brother and nephew, provided a warm welcome every day we saw them! The front desk was busy but you never felt ignored. The rooms are small, but clean. I wanted a room with an open window (to hear the nyc sounds) and the front desk didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. This hotel provides the ultimate experience for families. We will return!

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos y además tuvimos un hospedaje muy tranquilo en el piso 10 con limpieza a diario en la habitación y el personal muy atento desde la llegada De seguro me hospedería de nuevo

Good hotel. Very close to times square. Rooms r very small. Breakfast is just ok. U get one meal per voucher.
