This hotel is just perfect to explore NYC. Located literally a few feet away from Times Square you have an excellent base to go and see Manhattan at its best. Pretty close to Port Authority and subway station you reach the hotel without having to shlepp all your bags all too far. The rooms and the overall interior design follow the impression of Art Deco time and give a nice atmo to the whole buildings. The rooms are sweet and ok to stay a few days up to a week. You may find the rooms rather poorly soundproofed. You can hear your neighbours and the air condition pretty well ^^ Bring your ear plugs! :) Anyway, really attentive room service. Clean rooms. Daily Water refill. Well maintained and functioning interior. We had breakfast in the related Bond 45 restaurant that offers dine in as well as grab and go breakfast in good quality! Go there if you like to be just in the centre of it all :)

I have been staying here for 15 years plus. Best location to see everything . I have stayed here before and had one of the newly renovated rooms and this stay was an older room. Old rooms are OK. Prices are very reasonable though. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Definitely appreciate the Cafe, the bar and restaurant there. Staff is always friendly who take care of the rooms...always ask if we needed anything. Looking forward to next stay. Resort fee is $35, I always wonder what they charge for but never ask. 3 nights $105.
