Overall not a bad choice of hotels in NYC! The location is hard to beat being right next to so many broadway shows and Times Square. That being said prepare to have the white noise of the city all the time. The room its self was clean and pretty spacious for being in the city. The only complaint we had was a tapping sound in our room all of the time that we couldn’t figure out. The hotel does also offer shuttle service to the airports that leave every hour, it was rather pricy at $130 for two people to JFK, but a good option if you need it.

I have decided to revise my initial review due to the exceptional outreach I received from the senior management of this hotel, who made genuine efforts to address my concerns. Instead of concentrating solely on one negative experience, I want to emphasize the remarkable features this hotel has to offer. The hotel has an outstanding jazz bar, complimentary wine tastings, free comedy show, jewelry exhibitions in the lobby, and guided walking tours, all available during our 3 night stay. I imagine that most travelers visiting New York spend their time exploring the vibrant city. With its prime location just steps away from Times Square, theaters, and fantastic restaurants, Hotel Edison is undoubtedly a place worth not only staying at but also experiencing.
