Great location. Service ...

Great location. Service was amazing. The Room was clean. The Deli Restaurant in the lobby is decent, service is horrible, people are rude but the food is good.

Its a clean room. ...

Its a clean room. Medium sized brightly lit. Bathroom is a little small but who cares when u get to see times square from ur window -. The Ac was not working , but they sent people to fix it even before we realised its not working. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms well. And toiletries were enough for all three of us. Looked a little old but v well maintained. The staff is polute friendly and helpful I would visit this hotel again.
