Rooms are OK but ...

Rooms are OK but don't look like the pictures. The best part is that the hotel is only 5 minutes away from times square.

La gente que atendía ...

La gente que atendía a veces estaban de mal humor y te contestaban feo, solo 4 personas que trabajan ahí saben hablar español, muchísima gente que según eran huéspedes y solo iban a sentarse a los sillones del fondo y la alfombra está súper sucia, en general todo el cuarto estaba súper sucio

Room was fine. Service bad. We weren't told about wine hour and our shampoo was empty all 3 days we stayed there.
