Odlična lokacija, ali se čuje buka izvana 24 sata. Tko ima lakši san, neće se naspavati. Izolacija prozora je jako loša pa je u sobi izrazito bučno. I klima u sobi je jako bučna. Ukoliko mislite provoditi dio dana u sobi, onda ovo nije hotel za vas. Ali lokacija je izvrsna, 50 metara od Times Squarea.

This is my MIL's go to hotel when visiting NYC, though I'm not sure why. It is packed every time we stay and there's always a long wait for desk service. I suspect this is due to the location because the rooms are very minimalist - there is no coffee and very few amenities. They do offer coupons for some of the restaurants downstairs, though on a very limited menu. There have always been noise issues (loud guests on the floor or noise from Time Square) and I'm never particularly impressed when we stay here compared to other hotels. During this visit, there was a very off-putting moldy/mildewey smell on our floor.

Solicité una suite y al llegar me dieron una suite vieja, muy diferente a la que había pagado en la reservacion. Posteriormente me cambiaron a una suite mejor, pero el clima no enfriaba, y el baño estaba descompuesto. Es un hotel muy bonito, pero viejo, le falta mantenimiento. La persona en recepción con pésima actitud, solo resaltó el servicio de Shonda la manager que nos ayudo con los contratiempos.
