Si algo tiene este hotel es lavUNICACION Y LA LIMPIEZA. El Hall parece un circo con cantidad de personal que les falta una sonrisa. Los recepcionistas estan robotizados no pidais ayuda porque no se puede acceder a ellos. El primer buen dia es todas las taxas que tendreis que pagar y ellos a trabes de la visa que te hacen entregar ya se encargan de bloquear las taxas ( OJO MUCHO OJO ESTO FUNCIONA ASI ) entraba el desayuna que debes entregar unos papelitos en el hall y comerlos donde puedas ( tipo ejercito ) LO QUE RADICALMENTE DESACONSEJO ES COMPRAR EL HOTEL A TRAVES DE LA PLATAFORMA KLOOL ,AL ENCARGAR TE DICEN QUE TODO ESTA PAGADO PERO LUEGO LLEGA LA CRUDA REALIDAD TAXAS SUPERANDO LOS 300 euros por 6 noches. Pides a Klool explicaciones y te dicen que ellos cobran lo que les dice el hotel. Os explico un caso real porque yo desconocia y tube un disgusto.

The room was nice but the cleaning service inconsistent, some days it was awesome other days they didn't even take out the trash. Perhaps I didn't tip enough because New Yorkers expect a hand out for everything. They were replacing internet cables and apparently, 9pm - 1am is the best time to do that activity. So it was loud in our room with scraping sounds on a couple of days we were there. Finally, I do NOT RECOMMEND eating their grab and go breakfasts. Especially the yogurt parfait as they chose to store it near their sandwich warmer. It was warmer than room temperature and in the container so long that the whey separated. It was nasty. If they give zero f*cks about maintaining that temperature they give zero f*cks about food safety in general. The front staff were very helpful and friendly and security always checked us while going up to our room so there are some good aspects of the hotel.

Bathrooms are crazy small, shower small and shower head so high you can barely get wet. Elevator are the worst. Waited 20 minutes then just walked the stairs. The 5.00 breakfast not really worth it. Free grab and go is good. Rooms are clean. Very plain. Coffee pot is old kind, strong coffee, nasty. That bedspread thing on bed is so heavy and no top sheet. Been there 4 times, it's worse since renovation. Location is great in Times Square.
