I recently stayed at Hotel Edison in NYC, and I was thoroughly impressed—especially by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I checked in, the service was superb. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself has that classic New York charm, with an Art Deco vibe and an unbeatable location just steps from Times Square. But what truly made the experience memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the team. It’s rare to find service that feels both genuine and polished, and Hotel Edison absolutely nailed it. If you’re visiting New York and want a hotel where the staff truly care about your experience, I highly recommend Hotel Edison.

I was worried after reading the more critical reviews, but so glad there were no issues with our stay! Clean rooms and chill service from staff here. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient and so was the location. You barely have to walk a block to be in on the action of Times Square. Othello is playing across the street and if you walk out of the hotel and to the left you’ll see the queue for SIX the musical.
